Laptop is one of the most convenient gadgets we have in the house. Better than that is of course iPad. But not many of us own them. We are still very much used to laptop. Theoretically, this machine that is okay to be kept on the lap. But the reality is different. Use a table instead of lap: If you are a fan of comfort you might not like this idea. However, this is the method that many computer technicians recommend. According to them, a table is better and safer than surface for the laptop. But to be honest, it is partially true. My sister never takes her Dell notebook out of study table. Yet it overheats and ends up shutting down.

Give your laptop rest: Instead of keeping it on for hours, give it some rest. This will beneficial for your eyes too. Nothing wants to be overworked.

Leave a tiny fan on behind your laptop or go for the air conditioner: In summer, when laptops are more at risk of getting overheated a table fan or air conditioner turns out to be most helpful.

During winter, however, it will be a bad choice. It will give your body discomfort. So you will not be able to work on your laptop properly.
